Livia Oláh on the Swedish radio on changing family structures
Livia Oláh, Associate Professor of Demography, was interviewed in the Swedish radioprogram "Karlavagnen" on changing family structures. She explained the development from the nuclear family and male breadwinning in mid-20th century to nowadays’ family diversity and how complex families can ensure well-being to their members.
Gender equality (women’s work and men’s participation in the family) was pointed out as key dimension of successful family life.
